sddm: enable sddm-x11 for SonicDE, drop sddm-wayland-generic, bump to 0.21.0-11.

SonicDE is X11-only, so build the sddm-x11 subpackage and remove the
sddm-wayland-generic subpackage. Allow either xorg-x11-server-Xorg or
xlibre-xserver-Xorg as the X server dependency.
