test de2210e052 sonic-qt-theme-bridge: Make font(hack) a Recommends instead of Requires ... font(hack) is not available on RHEL 10/AlmaLinux 10, so making it a hard Requires blocks installation. Changed to Recommends so it's installed when available but doesn't block the package.
