Display updated memo on save
...
Updating a memo isn't displayed to the user on save. User has to perform some action such as re-edit or go back, to see the changes. Added $scope.$apply() to make sure changes are displayed to the user.

Fix wallet deletion without push
...
Fix a BWS crash when deleting a wallet with push disabled. No need of push unsubscribe when push is disabled. Else this leads to a full crash and stop of BWS server incase it doesn't support push.
