My professional journey
From the first steps with Windows XP to the role of IT support specialist and system developer.
My interest in IT started as a hobby, but quickly developed into a lifestyle. I have worked in the intersection between support and development, which gives me a unique ability to not just fix the symptoms, but understand the underlying causes of technical problems — whether it is on your private laptop or in complex server systems.
The Windows expert
Most of my customers use Windows 10 or 11, and I have spent thousands of hours solving everything from “Blue Screens” to slow start-ups. I specialise in cleaning up your PC so it feels like new again, without you needing to buy new hardware.
Software & Hardware
I help get your programs to talk to each other. If you have problems with Outlook, printers or the network, I find the error. My background as a developer means I see patterns and solutions that others might overlook.
Linux & Open Source
As maintainer of CachyOS kernel for Fedora/EL and XLibre for Fedora/EL, I am deeply involved in the Open Source community. My work with kernel optimisation ensures that systems run faster, more securely and more efficiently.
